Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Tractex and is part of the Terms of Service. By using Tractex you agree to it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Data use and redistribution

• Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-export, or systematically harvest data from Tractex beyond the product’s intended in-app use.
• Do not redistribute, publish, license, or resell the data or access to Tractex, in whole or in part.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer Tractex’s scoring, circumvent rate limits or quotas, or access another organization’s workspace or data.

Contacting property owners (important)

Tractex can generate outreach letters to named property owners using public-record data. You — not Tractex — are solely responsible for lawful, non-harassing contact. When you use outreach, you agree that you will:

• Comply with all applicable laws governing your outreach — including, where applicable, CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state anti-spam and telemarketing laws, and Do-Not-Call and Do-Not-Mail requirements;
• Not contact any owner who has asked not to be contacted, and promptly honor any opt-out or do-not-contact request you receive;
• Not harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or defraud any owner;
• Not use owner data for any purpose prohibited by law (for example, unlawful discrimination) or unrelated to a legitimate real-estate inquiry.

Tractex generates letters; it does not send them. How, whether, and when you contact an owner is your decision and your responsibility.

General conduct

• Do not use Tractex for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others’ rights.
• Do not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe its security without authorization.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organization.
• Do not share a seat. Each seat is for one person, and a sign-in may not be shared among or passed between people (see One seat, one person in the Terms).

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
